Strong southwest winds with gusts of 60 to 70 km/h possible.
When:
Snow will ease later this morning to scattered flurries or rain showers.
Strong winds will begin later this morning and ease in the evening as winds become more northwesterly.
Additional Information:
Snow is expected to ease to scattered flurries or transition over to rain showers later this morning. An additional 2 to 4 cm is possible.
Local utility outages are possible. Roads and walkways will likely be difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow.
